Terms and Conditions:
* In consideration of the right of Coalville City car show on July 16, 2022, I hereby assume all risk associated with participation in the car show and hereby release and hold harmless Coalville City, Its respected officials, employees, agents and volunteer workers from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, cost and expenses including reasonable attorney's fees arising out of my participation in the car shaw, Including without limitation, any personal injuries or damage to my property which I may incur as a result of participation in the car show. I agree that this Waiver and Release shaft be governed by the laws of the State of Utah and that jurisdiction and venue for any litigation involving the car show or arising as a result of participation in the car show shall be in 3rd District Court for Summit County, State of Utah.
