The rate is a base fee of $40.00 per month for each connehttp://media.rainpos.com/3855/water_sewer_rates_20141023114436.pdfction plus monthly usages rates as follows for culinary water:

$1.00 per 1,000 gallons for usage to and including 10,000 gallons
$2.00 per 1,000 gallons for usage of 10,001 gallons to and including 30,000 gallons
$3.00 per 1,000 gallons for usage over 30,000 gallons

Water Service Outside The City Limits:
The rate is a base fee of $40.00 per month for each connection plus monthly usages rates as follows for culinary water:

$1.50 per 1,000 gallons for usage to and including 10,000 gallons
$3.00 per 1,000 gallons for usage of 10,001 gallons to and including 30,000 gallons
$4.50 per 1,000 gallons for usage over 30,000 gallons

SEWER RATES

Sewer Service Single Residence:

The rate is $40.00 per month for each connection

Multiple Dwelling and Mobile Home Parks:

The rate is $40.00 per occupied space

Commercial:

The rate is $40.00 minimum plus usage in excess of 8,500 gallons at $3.29 per 1,000 gallons

RV Parks:

The rate is $11.30 per space, plus usage at $2.29 per 1,000 gallons

Temporary:

The rate is $14.00 per month for each residential connection

All services are billed for past month usage. IE: June usage is billed at the first of July and payment is due at the end of July.

Coalville City reviewed the current rates for the water and sewer system in 2010 and determined the rates needed to be increased in order to provide sufficient revenues for Revenue Bond payments, maintenance of the infrastructure, operation costs and the expansion of the Sewer System beginning January 1, 2011 through January 1, 2013 increasing the base rate by $4.00 each year (2011, 2012, 2013) for Residential, Multiple Dwelling and Mobile Home Parks, and Commercial and $1.10 per space for RV Parks.
